Electromechanical-Computerized 50kN Testing Machine

A006_medium Universal machines COMPUTERIZED version with single testing area, has been developed to allow the execution of tests related to mechanical properties of most current use materials. The most appropriate grips can be selected in function of the materials and testing area for tensile , compression, flexural, bending, hardness and dishing tests as well as any other similar test with 50 kN max capacity, foreseen by international standards ASTM, EN and UNI.

This machine is constituted by a sturdy twin-column frame with mobile traverse driven by re-circulating ball screws, which guarantee the maximum precision to the mobile traverse shift. The shift and speed of traverse are controlled from a 16 Bit microprocessor board. Thanks to the TCSoft2004Plus software is possible to control all function of universal machine: diagnostic, calibration, handling, to create and select the operating mode, test execution, data logging (max force, breaking load, final length, specimen area and testing speed), data storage in a data base, displays the stress-strain curve in actual time with automatic range of plot, export the data in the format configured for statistics evaluations and print a complete report of test.
