The KH-100 is a gauge to measure the hardness of metals. Very advanced, featuring high accuracy, wide measuring range and simplicity of use. Suitable for testing hardness of metals and is widely used in many industrial sectors, such as the oil industry, chemical, electrical, etc..
Typical applications:
- Machinery and fixed parts of assembled systems
- Die surfaces
- Heavy pieces
- Pressure vessels, turbo-generators etc.
- Bearings and other parts in the assembly
- Data acquisition for reports on customer specifications
- Identification of metals
Main features:
- Wide measurement range, can measure the hardness of various materials such as steel, aluminum, bronze.
- There are 6 different types of impact devices for all applications, the KH-100 automatically recognizes the type of probe engaged.
- The probe can be used horizontally, vertically or diagonally.
- Convert automatically into more hardness scales, displayed directly on the display.
- Show the battery status on the display.
- Easy self-calibration.
- The standard package includes the software and connection cable (RS-232) to PC.
- Compact and ergonomic, is usable in all conditions.
- It can store up to 1250 groups; group means any single measure, the average, the impact direction, the number of tests, the material, the selected hardness scale, accuracy, etc..
