EPX300 is a digital portable durometer based on Leeb principle of hardness. Compact in size, lightweight and easy to use.

Suitable for measuring the hardness in very heavy or bulky, difficult to access parts and in production directly on the sample .

Can perform the hardness test on curved surfaces using, if necessary, the support rings on the impact devices. It can also measure in any direction, automatically compensating the gravitational effects on the tip.

He has the ability to store up to 800 values. The instrument is equipped with thermal printer, with which communicates via IR (infrared) so do not need any cable connection and then becomes easy to create complete and customizable testing reports directly on the sample. In the report are printed the types of impact device used, the material on which you are testing, the direction of impact, the hardness value in the selected scale and in Leeb scale, the date, the average of the measures and the standard deviation.

Wide measurement range in Leeb scale, automatically converts the hardness in Rockwell HRB and HRC, Vickers HV, Brinell HB, Shore HS and may indicate the tensile strength in MPa.

Supplied with CE mark and conforms to ASTM A956-02.
